How to read this map. A filled dot is a coordinate somebody recorded for an individual camera. A hollow ring is a jurisdiction we hold a documented decision about, placed at the town centre — it does not mean a camera is at that point, and it does not mean the town has only one. Green means a program was ended, declined, or prohibited. No marker means we have no record, which is not the same as no surveillance.
