Re: Public records request — automated license plate readers

Under the Arizona Public Records Law, A.R.S. §§ 39-121 to 39-128, I request copies of the following records.

1. Records confirming whether ALPR camera hardware previously operated in Chandler has been physically removed, and if so on what date.
2. Records confirming whether Chandler Police Department user accounts and system access have been deactivated, and whether the agency retains any ability to query the vendor's network.
3. Records confirming whether previously collected ALPR data has been deleted, returned, or retained, and by whom it is now held.
4. Any contract, quote, trial agreement, or procurement record involving a different ALPR vendor since the previous program ended.
